Every verification is logged against the card, so you can answer “prove your inspector was on site” months later.

The page lives on your hostname
Verification resolves on a subdomain you control and we prove ownership of. A recipient checking the address bar sees the company, not a link shortener.
The chip cannot be re-pointed
Each chip carries a locked, opaque identifier written once at manufacture. Cloning the number gets you a card that resolves to a revoked record.
Employees cannot edit their own status
Role, employee number, authorisation and certification are admin-controlled fields. The cardholder can change their photo and their mobile. Nothing else.
Checked at read time, not printed
The status is computed when the page loads and timestamped on screen. A screenshot of yesterday's page is visibly a screenshot of yesterday.

SCIM and directory sync
Employ Hero, BambooHR, Workday, Entra ID, Google Workspace. A departure event revokes cards within the minute and writes an audit entry naming the trigger.
Certification expiry dates
Store the ticket, licence or insurance expiry against the person. The card downgrades itself on the day, and admins get a warning 30 days out — which is the part that actually saves you.
One-tap revoke
No integration required. An admin can kill a card from a phone, on the spot, and re-issue it to a replacement without reprinting anything.
