Everything the card does once it leaves your hand.
A page that stays current, a tap that works on any phone, and a record of who you met.
What the card does
NFC card, properly printed
Six layouts — not six colourways of one layout — on 600 gsm stock in five colours, with a blind-deboss engraving pressed into the surface and matte, soft-touch or gloss lamination over it. Every combination costs the same. The chip is embedded, not a sticker on the back.
QR code and short link
Every card carries a printed code and a readable link, so it still works on an old handset or over a video call.
A contact page you control
Photo, role, numbers, socials, calendar link, portfolio, payment handle. Reorder or hide any field.
One-press contact file
Standard vCard, so iOS and Android both add you to the address book without anyone retyping a name.
Apple and Google Wallet pass
A copy of the card lives in your phone for the days you left the physical one on your desk.
Return-details form
Ask for their name and email on your page. You get an alert, and the contact is stored ready to export.
Counts, not surveillance
Taps, views and saves by week. Enough to tell whether a conference paid for the flights. No visitor tracking.
Central control
Lock the layout and logo, invite by email, reassign or switch off a card the day someone leaves.
CSV and CRM sync
Download everything, or connect HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce so leads land where your team works.
Live authorisation
A status line the cardholder cannot edit, published on your own domain and checked at the moment of the tap. See it work.
Certifications that lapse on time
Store ticket, licence and insurance expiry against the person. The card downgrades on the day and admins are warned 30 days out.
Directory sync
Mark someone as departed in your HR system and every card they hold stops verifying within the minute, with an audit entry naming the trigger.
Email signature generator
The same profile renders an HTML signature for Outlook and Gmail. A title change updates the card, the page and everyone's signature at once.
Embeddable team page
Publish a staff directory on your own website that reads from the same records, so it cannot drift out of date.
Kiosk mode
Turn a tablet into a stand scanner for the run of a show. Every capture is tagged with the event, deduped against contacts you hold, and exported the same evening.
Sixty-second intro
Send a templated one-to-one email from the rep's own address while the conversation is still fresh. Triggered by that person's own form submission — never a bulk send.
More than cards
Door and desk plaques, lanyard tags, hard-hat stickers, window decals. One profile behind every surface you tap.
Things we would rather you knew now.
NFC needs a recent phone
Roughly 2018 onward reads the chip from the lock screen. Older handsets use the printed code instead.
Custom domains are paid
Trial profiles live on a cardbridge.link address. Pro, Team and Verified can point your own subdomain at the profile.
Cards ship, they don't teleport
Printing takes three working days, then normal post. The digital profile works the minute you finish setup.
We are not a CRM
We capture contacts and hand them over. Pipelines and sequences belong in the tool you already use.
Try it on one colleague first.
The 14-day trial takes about four minutes to set up and needs no card details. Order the printed card once you like the page it opens.
